Sono nata a Chioggia (VE) nel 1956. Mio padre era pescatore e decise quando  ero ancora piccolina di trasferirsi in Piemonte perché per un lungo periodo insieme al  pesce quanto tiravano le reti  trovavano le mine lanciate durante la guerra in mare. Da sempre  amo leggere e ho realizzato grazie all'incontro con Pietro e Anna un progetto che desideravo da sempre, leggere ad alta voce cercando di suscitare emozioni in me e in chi mi ascolta. E' sempre una vera sfida. Mi sono accostata da poco alla poesia e mi interessa conoscere di più il mondo degli haiku. Ci sto lavorando. Da sempre mi interessa conoscere le usanze popolari più varie e da qualche anno mi sono appassionata  alle danze popolari. I miei primi passi di danza li ho imparati in un gruppo di persone con disabilità. E' stato amore a prima vista. Da allora non ho più rinunciato a questi incontri, Sono entusiasta del percorso che sto realizzando. Ci sono arrivata un pochino tardi ma “meglio tardi che mai” come si usa dire. Dimenticavo: nel frattempo lavoro, è un compito  un pochino arido, mi occupo da sempre  di paghe e contributi. Mi permette di vivere. Tra qualche anno avrò sicuramente molto altro da dire.

I was born in Chioggia (VE) in 1956. My father was a fisher; he decided, when I still was a young baby, to move to Piemonte, due to the fact for a long time together with the fish he also was picking up the mines thrown into the sea during the previous war. Since ever I love reading; thanks to the meeting with Pietro and Anna I realised a project I was always eager of, and so reading at loud voice trying to stir up emotions in the listeners and in me. It’s always a real challenge. It’s for a short time I’ve been approaching poetry, and I’m interested in knowing better and better the world of Haiku. I’m working on it. Since ever I’m keen on knowing the most various popular customs, and for some years I’ve been involving in popular dances. I learnt my first steps of dance in a group of disabled people. It has been love at first sight. Since then I’ve never renounced to these meetings, I’m enthusiastic of the path I’m running along. I reached it a bit late, but “it’s better late than never”, as people say. I was forgetting: in the meantime I’m working since ever as wage and contribution assistance. It’s a bit arid job, but it allows me to live. In some years I will surely have more and more to say.
